When will be possible to have our account reactivated?

    Good morning, 

    we have paid the annual renewal of our bronze account with the email account info@diplomacyeducation.org. I would like ask you when will be possible to have our account reactivated.

    Hello Vanessa,

    It seems that the auto renewal of your Bronze yearly plan has failed either due to insufficient funds on the credit card or due to expiry of the card. Hence the subscription was automatically cancelled and your account downgraded to Free.

    Please check your credit card and either change the card or upgrade using a new card.

    Yes but we have proceed paying by wire transfer. 


    Do we have to do any additional step?

    Do note that paying the through wire transfer is processed manually and needs to be approved before we can upgrade your subscription.

    We cannot give an ETA for this kind of transaction.
