Error

    The form is a clone.  The problem is that the last questions go over the first questions on the PDF. Please help me I use this form as a evidence.

    Are you referring to the following form: 193515201425853 ?

    Do you mean that your PDF document (with the submission data) is not correct?

    If so, you should just edit your PDF document in the PDF editor. You can check and follow this guide:
