My form is not updating on my webpage

    I'm making corrections and additions to my form in JotForm, however those changes are not reflected on my webpage. Is there a lull in update time or is it in real-time?

    When you save a form it may take 5secs to 30sec related to the load on the site.  But earlier, there was an error which prevented the cache to be cleared.  This problem should be fixed by now.

    If you're still experiencing problems with your form's changes to still not show up, please do let us know.

    I am a premium user and I am having the same problems than fivedot. My forms don´t update when I make some changes. I used to be very satisfied with jotform but now I'm a little disappointed. It is urgent you fix this error.

    Hello Yolis2,

    Have you waited for 5-30 seconds and see if the changes took effect?  Is it also possible for you to share the URL of the form in issue?

    I'm having the same problem and I've waited over two hours!  I keep refreshing and nothing.  I asked a question here on the forum and no reply.

    I too am experiencing the same issue.  I added one field, and modified another.  The modifications aren't appearing on the website.  It has been about an hour.  Thanks for addressing the issue.

    I to am experiencing the same issue!!!

    Although the form's thank you message and autoresponders ARE reflecting SAVED changes. The form fields itself are NOT updating. This has been an issue since yesterday!!!! :)

    I'm having this problem too with a new form I'm creating.  Was working great then just stopped updating.  I have the form embedded on my site using the script tags:

    script src="//"

    Changing to www.jotform... worked, but is that a permanent fix?

    Hi there,

    Changing to is a known fix for that issue. If you need further clarification how does this work, you may consider this explanation below, which can be found in this thread

    ``Forms called from the url are supposed to be faster because they are served from different locations around the world via a Content Delivery Network as opposed to www which is hosted in a single location. However, there have been occurences when forms served using this url experience delays in updating.

    Advising our users to use www instead of form is more of a band-aid solution until we finish our investigation regarding the delays, that is why we have not updated the Embed Form Wizard to give out www form url's.``
