Problems receiving submission notices

    We have an employee who's email address doesn't receive any form submission notices. Since the emails come from varying sources, how to we make sure to mark all Jotforms as "safe" so she can receive them?

    Which form are you referring to? What is the e-mail address of your employee?

    Most probably, her e-mail address is in the Bounce list. In order to remove it from there and fix it, you can follow this guide:

    Please try to remove the e-mail from the Bounce list and provide more information, if the issue still persists.
