    Hi:

I'm trying to copy a Unique ID Widget value into my Airtable, following the suggestion here:  https://www.jotform.com/answers/1908166-Airtable-Map-Unique-ID-Widget-with-Airtable-s-textbox-field

It does *not* work with UniqueID field.  However when I tested the solution on this page with the random value widget it does work.

It is not possible to pass the value from the Unique ID widget to the Airtable. On the other thread, a workaround my colleague provided is to pass the value generated with the Random Value Generator widget to Airtable.

I inspected your form and I saw that you added the Random Value Generator widget to the form and that you set a condition to pass the value from the widget to a Short Text Entry field. You now need to map the Random copy filed of your form with the Random Widget field in Airtable.

Thanks... what I really need is to copy the uniqueID to Airtable, I've put in the random widget as a test to make sure the script is working.

The previous thread I quoted suggested there might be a possibility that uniqueID/Airtable integration might be possible down the road?  Is there work along that direction?

    Hi,

As I can see on the related thread, my colleague already escalated a feature request ticket and it is still on open status, this is due to the volume of tickets being handled by our developers.

I will also escalate a different feature request ticket on your behalf. However, we are unable to give you an estimated time of when can it be implemented but you'll be updated via this thread.
