Need help hiding/showing fields

I would like to show only the schedule for the age group selected (5-8, 9-12, etc). These are week long, 1/2 day camps. There are 12 weeks and an AM and PM camp each week. Is there an attractive way for the parent to pick the age and only get the schedule that applies? 

So far my best effort is to create a separate field for each camp and hide the ones that do not apply using conditions. It is very tedious for me and unattractive for the registrant.
