Why is my account is overlimit?

    hi, just deleted my inbox but upload limit still shows as exceeded. Any pointers?

    As we check your account, it is currently overlimit by the storage space with the files uploaded to your form. It is required to upgrade your account to have more storage space or you may delete the submissions that are uploaded with files to clear the storage space. Please note that the deletion of submissions is a permanent action and the deleted submissions cannot be recovered in anyway. If you want to take a backup of the submissions, you may export the submissions from the Data section of your account settings.

    Just seeing this now. sorry I just re-asked the question. I did delete submissions but account was not reactivated. please explain.

    As checked, the account is currently in good standing. I was also able to access the forms.

    Could you please try accessing them now on your end?

    If the issue still persists on your end, please try accessing your forms on a different browser on an incognito tab and see if it works there.
