How to downgrade my account

    I'm trying to down grade my account and keep being put through to form requiring a password that I don't have, with no means of setting up a new password. 


    Meawhile I'm being billed for a service that I don't currently need...


    Please help!

    Hello Rebecca,

    You have paid your JotForm subscription using our payment gateway, Plimus.  Your Plimus username is a long string of numbers from the original Plimus email you received when you paid for JotForm.

    I have already canceled your subscription for you.  You will not be charged again.  Your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires.  You are scheduled for downgrade on April 23, 2011.
