    Prevent page 'jumping' down.

Asked by ttrs on April 12, 2011 at 01:07 PM

I think this seems too specific to search the forums on..

I've made use of the wonderful feature that is conditions on our help / contact page on our website.

The only trouble is, when a menu is selected, the page 'jumps' down so the bar is on the top of the page.

You can see what I mean when you try it on the page:

Is there any piece of code I can put on that will stop it doing this?

    Many thanks in advance.

    Hi ttrs,

Thank you for sharing this bizaare issue with us. I noticed that you're using the iframe embed code to insert the form on this webpage. When I used the Source Code instead, it all worked perfectly.

You can copy the Source Code from your Embed Form Wizard as shown below:

Please click here and copy the entire code that you will see. Then paste it to replace the entire coding of this web page - http://www.ttrs.co.uk/help .

Please let us know if it works for you or not. Thank you for using JotForm!

This appears to resolve the problem! I will use Source Code in future when embedding code.

Excellent service as always, thank you.
