I have 3 forms created, 1 form works correctly but the others dont.

    Hi Richie,
    I am facing some issue with the JotForm. The *careers form* is working good
    https://www.ghaimagroup.com/careers.html ,
    but the other 2 forms *Quote Request* &* Contact Us *are not working.

    Hi Jerry,

    I checked the embedded forms that you are having issues with and I was able to access them on the link that you have provided. Kindly provide us further details on the issue you are showing. 

     I cloned your form too and ran a test submission and the only error or message I got when I tried to submit the form twice is "Sorry only one entry is allowed."

    If you are referring to this error it is because the 'Unique Submission' is enabled on the form settings to check for cookies and IP addresses to prevent multiple form submissions.
