My donation form keeps disappearing from my website

Hi Jotform, 

I've embedded a Jotform charity donation form into my Squarespace website, and am receiving donations through it, but it seems to intermittently disappear from the page. The code is still there and if it copy and paste it into the embed form again it work, but this is concerning as I will be receiving a lot of traffic to it in the next 3 days.

Can you please help?

I can see that the form appears now on your page. In case you encounter the same issue again, please try embedding the form using its iframe code instead and see if it makes any difference.
