Form is not forwarding to my email for some reason

    Your email is not in the bounce list.

    I checked your form and I found out that on your email notification, the emails are set to, .


    If you want to the notification to be sent to the said email, please kindly change the recipient email on your notification.

    1. Click Setup & Embed.

    2. Click Email alerts > notification.

    3. Click Reply-to And recipient settings.

    4. Edit the Recipient email.
