Unable to download the photos and displaying a 404 error

Hello,

First let me say that your service is terrific. Easy to use and very useful. I do have a question regarding the download process.

We are you using your photo upload form. We ran some initial tests and the sample photos we attached we're accessible in the email we received.  However, now when we click the link in the email to download the file, we're getting a 404 error stating the site can't be reached.

Any information would be helpful.

Please be noted that you have enabled the privacy settings in your account so you cannot view the uploads without getting logged into the account.

You can either uncheck these settings from the account or log in to your account before viewing these files.
