CANT LOGIN TO ACCOUNT

    I TRIED THE EMAIL AND PASSWORD I USED TO SIGN UP AND IT DIDNT WORK SO I ASKED FOR A PASSWORD RESET EMAIL BUT HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS. 

    THE EMAIL USED WAS T*****P*****CT@G***L.COM OR W*****ALE@T*****P*****CT.COM

     

    I TRIED BOTH AND NEITHER WORKED

    Both the email address you included in your reply has an account associated with them.

    But both email addresses are not in our Bounce list.

    I have checked the mail logs of the email addresses and it appears that you have not requested a password reset instructions for any of it.

    Please know that aside from the account username you can use the account email address to request for the password reset instructions.
