I checked on your account/username KiraLuther but I see you do not have form created yet on the account.
We will check again once we get a better understanding of your requirement.

KiraLutherReplied on January 29, 2020 at 9:50 PMI would like additional people from our organisation to have a log in and access to our forms. I would also like them to be able to receive notifications for certain forms. Can you advise how I can do this?

If you want to share the form edit access to another user then please check our form collaboration feature: Understanding-Form-Collaboration
As for the submission page, here's the guide: How-to-Share-Form-s-Submissions-Page
Also, to send the notification to multiple recipients, you will need to place all the emails on the recipient's list. Please refer to this guide for detailed instruction: Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients
