Square recurring payment email: customize the Recurring Payment Received email coming

Is there a way to customize the Recurring Payment Received email coming from JotForm (see above)? To at least put in my business name so people remember oh yes, I signed up to pay this monthly with that business. Getting the email notification from JotForm is confusing. People will think I never did anything with JotForm.

I can see that you are referring to this email that your customer receives:

As of now the customer will only see the form ID.

I think what you've suggested is  good addition to this email so that customers can clearly see for which payment are they getting charged the recurring payment.

Let me forward this as a feature request to our back end team. We will not be able to provide an ETA at the moment, but once this feature gets implemented, we will notify you via this thread.

Wondering if there's been any update to this? It would be great for this message to have our branding so people remember who it is coming from and why.

We haven't received any updates yet from our developers regarding this feature. Please bear with us, feature request tickets are being handled accordingly, it is based on the number of tickets for this feature and the volume of the tickets that our developers are dealing with.
