I'm trying to test Square CC processing and I don't have a Square sandbox account, I'm not a developer.
So, I'm trying to change to Live mode so I can process a small test charge. However, when I change to Live mode and press Continue to save the change, I get disconnected from Square.
When I press the Connect to Square button, complete my Square log in info & get the "Successfully Logged In" message from Square, Connecting displays for a second and then Connect with Square displays again. This happens repeatedly.
If I log off JotForm and then log in again, I'm connected to Square but still in Test mode.
I've logged on directly to Square with no problem.
Any ideas why I can't stay connected with Square after pressing the Continue button to save a change?
I am so frustrated!!!!

It seems like a hard cache issue. Can you please try to follow the steps below in order:
1. Delete the payment field on your form
2. Clear your form cache : How-to-Clear-Your-Form-Cache
3. Clear your browser cache : How-to-clear-web-storage-in-your-browser
4. Login back in JotForm
5. Reintegrate Square into your form : How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Square
