How to start up the app when actually offline?

If I am in a location with no internet, how do I start up the app so I can use offline mode? Seems to want me to be connected to internet to start up the app. I thought the idea was that I can use it when there is no internet. Please advise.

You need to make sure that the form you are using is saved in "Offline Forms".

Click Settings (cog icon) > Offline Forms > Then place a check in the forms you want to save offline.

Once done, you can exit the app and disconnect your phone to the internet/wifi. After that, please try to open the Jotform app, it should display the saved forms/offline forms.
