Why is my login suspended?

I made an account a couple of days ago and it wouldn't let me sign in on the app on my phone, it kept saying wrong password so I reset it and I am still not able to log in on my phone.
Now every time i attempt to log in on a desktop computer it keeps telling me my login is suspended. I don't understand why it's happening and it's really frustrating.
