How do I get in contact with someone in billing?

    We paid a yearly premuim membership, but we are still being billed for a monthly membership. Can you please tell me who to email for help with this?

    I can handle this for you.

    I found in our records your original order for the a yearly PREMIUM subscription ($90 a year)  which was purchased back on Nov 19th,2012

    However, on December 17th, you switched from yearly to  Monthly PROFESSIONAL subscription (which is $49.95 a month)

    And this is how it's been since then . According to the system, you or the person who handles this account performed this in your end .

    Something else : Switching from yearly premium to monthly professional triggered an automatic prorated charge , that's why you see like a discount on Dec 17th , so the system took what it was already credited and only charged to you $3.33 rather than $49.95
