PayPal Checkout: It won't allow me to link my business PayPal account

    I'm having some trouble creating my online payment form via JotForm. i have linked my PayPal account and logged in, it says its been successful and to return back to Jotform, it loads and then says failed underneath and i can't save the form.

    can you please help?

    Apologies for the inconveniences caused.

    I've been testing the integration on my end and it seems to work as expected, example:


    May you please try clearing your browser's cache and see if that helps? 

    I've also cleared your forms cache from our end, kindly give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Kevin,

    Thanks for your response. it still fails, ive cleared my cache, and history of all Jotform links, tried to connect again 3 times and it failed. do you know anything else i can do?

    Thanks for the update. 

    Since your account is a business account it should allow you to connect to our PayPal Checkout integration.

    I would recommend you to kindly contact PayPal and ask them to check your PayPal account to make sure it's allowed to be used on our integration, if they confirm that it should work from their end, please try connecting your account again and get the console report of the issue, share us the screenshot of that on this thread, note that attached images via email replies will not reach this thread, but you can upload the images following this guide:
