Exceeded quota error form is still shown on our website, despite fixing account - Propagation time

    Hello,


    our website https://melkada.com/pages/melkada-new-custom-order


    with the jotform embedded is still displaying: "exceeded quota ... etc" instead of the actual form.

    I have deleted the old form from 2 years ago which we do not need, so if I look at my account's health everything is well below the quota, BUT on our website customer still can't access the form (hence, we are about to lose customers). Why is it not shown? Is there a propagation time? Can you please accelerate to unblock, since nothing is showing any problem in my account?

    I have cleared your account's form cache and I can see that fixed the issue you are having.
