New Save and Continue Function

    Hello,

    I am an existing jotform user.

    -Several of my customers have complained that after the new save and continue function was implemented, the saved progress using the old "2 step process" no longer worked when returning to the link. Is there anyway to retrieve that saved progress?

    -For upgrading, under the new save progress function, there is an initial pop up (asking the user to sign up). Is that pop up removed for paying customers?

    We would recommend you to switch to the new feature, which uses a single button on the form.

    If you already use it, which form are you referring to? Do you mean that there are sessions, which do not save the progress?

    No, this also appears on the paid accounts. This allows the system to obtain the contact information from the user. So, it will know where to send the link.
