If you would like to reset your password, please follow this guide: How-to-reset-JotForm-account-password. The link will be sent to the email associated with your JotForm account.
I can also see that your account is currently in the Overlimit status because you have exceeded the amount of monthly submissions for a Free account (106 over the allowed 100/month). You can either upgrade to increase your limits by following this guide: How-to-Upgrade-My-Account or wait until the 1st of the month when the limits will renew.
