Stuck on Please Wait

    Hi Jotform team,

    Several clients have tried to submit a questionnaire (card layout) and are getting stuck on Please Wait. Nothing happens and the submission does not go through. I have enabled the save and continue later feature but even when they come back later it doesn't allow them to submit.

    Could you please let us know if the issue is only happening when the continue later link is used?

    Also, if you use an embedded version of the form, please provide a link where the form is embedded so we will be able to check it as well.

    Hi Mike,

    I don't believe it occurs with the continue later link. So far two clients have had this issue, though I myself was able to submit a test copy and it went through with no problem. I don't use an embedded version of the form, just send them the direct link.

    Aside from two clients who are experiencing this, did you receive more reports? Issue could be isolated on their end. It could be browser, network or possible some AV blocking access to Jotform site. It may also be possible that their browser's JS is not enabled.

    Are you able to contact them and ask if they can replicate it again? If so, kindly ask them to capture the console log by following this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/453-How-to-get-a-console-report-from-most-common-browsers then send the logs to us.

    Thank you for the reply! We haven't had any more reports of the issue as of now so I think we will wait until we hear from another person that it occurs and circle back via this thread.

    It seems as a browser issue. Can you please ask your user to use a different browser?

    It might be from the browser's cache. You can suggest them to clear cache, cookies and recent history in the browser, in order to double check.
