Why was I charged this amount?

    Is there no way to talk with someone by phone?  I sent a message a few days ago and no response.  I set up an account with jot form and was charged $114.  I have no receipt and I am not sure why I was charged that amount.

    As far as I can see your account F**ts_J**y is on the Free account. There are neither any forms nor any active subscription in your account.

    Please let us know if you have any other account on JotForm. If yes, please provide us the account username.
