Form fields no longer showing in email

    We use a form called "Help Desk Ticket".  It is our notification email which has always shown the form fields.  For the last few da,ys the form fields are no longer showing up in the notification emails.

    Please help.

    We have multiple agents working off of these notification emails and it's not practical to have to come back into Jot Form to look at each submission.

    To clarify, the notification emails are received however, no form field date are showing in your emails?

    If possible, can you please try creating a new notification email and let us know if the issue still remains?
