Forms disabled

    My forms are not able to be accessed, people are receiving the following pop up:


    This form is disabled.

    I have checked the settings on my forms and they are enabled.

    Please help as I am in the middle of organising an event.

    The forms have been working fine up until a moment ago.

    We apologize for this inconvenience. It seems that your account was suspended for automated email phishing. This usually happens when the autoresponders/notification emails contains any suspicious/sensitive information.

    In your forms, I could see that you are sharing bank account numbers and bsb codes due to which the account got auto suspended.

    I would recommend that you remove these entries from the email content to avoid getting auto suspended.

    You can use any of our authorized payment processors in your form to collect payments - 

    I have activated your account now. But please make these changes to avoid suspension again.
