    @SandaraAPSA

    I am not sure if i have understood your issue. Do you mean to say that when you click submit button of your form, you get error message?

    I just did a test submission on your form successfully and was redirected to your thank you message.

    Please let us know if i haven't understood your issue.

    Thanks,

    Sidharth

    We cannot upload the documents. There is an error when we upload.

    Have you added that form to some web page? If yes, can we have the URL of that web page? We need this information to proceed with the further investigation.

    Also, please let us know if this is showing the error for some specific files only.

    Thank you.

    No, I just sent the students the link. there are problems uploading the forms. I have had this problem with Jot forms in the past. All the fields have this problem. It is random and not consistent.

    Hi Sandra,

    From what I could see on the form "2013 APSA China Scholars Forms" -- http://www.jotformpro.com/form/31057527071954

    the upload fields are not set as Required field.

    A user can submit the form without uploading files.

    ---

    Are you able to find out what is the exact "error" that was encountered by Veronica Forbes?

    Please take note that your form is using the filepicker.io field  and not the regular JotForm upload field. I am saying, the error could be on the process of selecting the upload file from the different resources allowed on the field.

    Please update us.

    Thanks.

    @SandraAPSA

    You need to remove these filepicker.io fields from your form and add the regular JotForm file upload field.

    You can find the "File Upload" field under "Form Tools" on the left menu tab of form builder.

    Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks,

    You have option to enable the 'Allow Multiple Files' function if you want to allow user to upload multiple file. To do this, please follow these steps:

    1. Select The File Upload Field.

    2. Click the File Upload Properties Tab or Property Icon.

    3. Click the Allow Multiple Icon and it will display an 'ON' text when enabled and none when disabled. Another way is through the properties windows; look for the label Allow Multiple  and in the dropdown box, select 'Yes' to enable multiple files upload and 'No' to disabled it.

    Thanks,

    Sidharth

    Thank you. if I delete the existing fields, would i also delete files that were already uploaded to the site. Some of people had trouble uploading not all. Please advise.

    @SandraAPSA

    Yes, thats correct. If you delete any of the existing fields it would delete the associated submission data.

    The easiest way i can think of is to clone your form and implement the required changes . Then you can embed this cloned form in your website.

    Let us know if you need further assistance.

    An error is still coming up.

    Only part of this document was recorded, thus no thank you message was sent to the parent.

    I didnot need change upload optionbut i am getting countless complaints that the system is not working with errors.
