I am not too familiar with Sales Force CRM but if it allows you to import Excel or CSV files then all is good. What you need to do is just download data collected in your forms in Excel or CSV format and then import that data into your Sales Force CRM dashboard/admin.
Excel and CSV (Comma separated values) are the most popular and most used formats for tabulated data nowadays making them easier to share across many platforms, including Jotform.
