How can I filter results?

I just started trying your service and I'm thinking about upgrading to the paid version if it can do one thing for me.

I just started an on-line subscriber service. Part of the deal is the subscribers have to check in every day and answer a few questions and rate their attitudes on a 1-9 scale. I set it up using Constant Contact's surveys as I've used them for years. My intent was at the end of the 21-day subscription. I could filter for each person's name and give them a brief report saying "You started with an attitude of X and now it's at Y. Congratulations!" (assuming of course, it went up...) It would even be better if I could give them a graph.

Although I've used Constant Contact for years and filtered surveys regularly, I didn't realize you cannot filter on someone's name, even if they enter it. (Arrgh!)

So, what I'm looking for is to filter the results for each recipient in the method described above. Can jotform do that?

    Thank you.

Hi there and thanks for your Interest in Jotform.

Yes it is possible to filter and search for the results that are submitted to you if that is what you meant. You can search by Name and a few other Details such as Submission ID, Etc,. But if I misunderstood on this part then let me know.

As far as graphing abilities go, we also do support this as well. Please see this guide here for further information but this may become a bit tricky trying to get it to generate an individual graph since the setup is normally collaborated based on all of the data recieved.

Also, I would like to point out that we do have an Integration with Constant Contact too incase you happen to need it which you might find useful if you continue with them.

I hope this helps but if I've missed something or you have further questions feel free to bring it up.
