I am not able to print any forms

    We had problems on and off all last week with not being able to open jotform and forms and now we can open the forms but they will not print.

    We are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

    However, I was not able to replicate on the said problem. Please note that there are several ways in order to print your forms. Here are the ways for you to be able to print your forms:

    Using the Create PDF Form option

    1. Go to your My Forms page

    2. Select the form you want to print

    3. Click More

    4. Select Create PDF Form

    Using the Print button

     Using your web browser's built-in print function

    1. Preview your form and press Ctrl-P or right click on any portion of the webpage

    2. Select Print


    However if you meant not being able to receive notifications into your email, I suggest you to check on this guide to learn more about not receiving email notifications issue: https://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues

    Also, I can see that your form is using a plain fields asking for the credit card information, please note that your form can be suspended due to this (as phishing) which can be the reason why you had the  on and off problems with your form last week.
