PDF Link does not show client responses

    The PDF links in our notification email and client autoresponder open the PDF form. However, the client responses to the Input Table are not shown.

    We selected input type as "Yes/No". However, the PDF shows Not Satisfied/Somewhat Satisfied...(4 columns) and no responses are shown. What can we do to have the Yes/No responses be shown on these PDFs?

    Note that the only place we can find the "Yes/No" responses is in Submissions - PDF link in bottom portion of screen (top portion PDF button still shows incorrect input table).

    Is it possible to have the correct PDF show on autoresponder email and our notification email?

    The issue you are having can be resolved by updating the PDF Document on the PDF Editor page.

    I have created a cloned version of your form and here's a screenshot of what your form currently has on the PDF Editor page.

    You can delete the existing incorrect Input Table field and add the field that is in your form from the Form Fields tab of the Add Elements.
