I would like to repeat the same form and link number for every month

    I would like to repeat the same form and link number  for every month .  Can I do this?

    I have link number: https://form.jotform.com/193585677625172.  I do not want to change it each month as it is linked to many accounts.  

    Possible if I rename it?

    You may clone the form instead so you could have an exact copy of it then just rename.

    Doing so will preserve the original form's submission data.

    Thank you.
    But What I asked was I need to use the same link all the time each month.
    Can I do that. I need to keep it the same, and simply edit the date not
    change anything due to too many locations it would need to be edited in and
    communicated too.
    So, do you delete my forms? Or can I remain to use the same for with the
    same http: link.https://www.jotform.com/build/193585677625172/publish

    If you are referring to change the Form Title, here's a detailed guide: 

    1. 1. Click Settings
    2. 2. Click Form Settings
    3. 3. Click the Show More Options button
    4. 4. Scroll down and search for the Page Title
    5. 5. Enter the preferred title
    Step 1 - Click Settings,
    Step 2 - Click Form Settings,
    Step 3 - Click the Show More options button:
