Hi,
I have upgraded my account to Bronze but when I loggin I notice that I am still on free account as shown on screenshot here attached.
Would you please help to see what is going wrong

Hello Ray,
Our apologies, but you are now on the Bronze plan. It's likely a small delay on the IPN that triggers the upgrade after the payment. Please check again. If you see free, please log out and log back in to see the changes.
