Unable to open my account and I do not know why - Suspended

    VincentJay, my account has been suspended and I don't know why, can you
    look into it and get right back to me. This is becoming very frustrating to
    say the least. Now that the docusign is working I need access to the forms.

    Our reviewer team suspended your account because of the Business Loan form.

    You need to add these widgets to avoid getting suspended:

    Or the DocuSign widget.

    VincentJay, thanks for the reply. The docuSign widget was added initially and was working well. I can still see it on the form. Is this not sufficient?

    I see that the authentication of docusign is now giving me an error again so I have deleted it and reinstalled. Having trouble authenticating again.

    I have added a check box to acknowledge the terms and conditions and added the esignature widget. Can you confirm this is satisfactory to move forward as I don't want to get suspended again. I do prefer the Docusign widget as I'm a paying subscriber to Docusign but again, I'm have trouble authenticating.

    May we know why you do not want to add a terms widget?

    You can try but if our reviewers suspended your account again, we will ask them if the DocuSign is not enough.

    Is that okay with you?

    Also, just to add, do you have a company website and company email address account?
