The show and hide multiple fields conditions in my form are not working

In my form (https://form.jotform.com/200128555415247) i am having difficulties showing the last 3 fields that include the total and payment fields when using the show hide logic if I have only one person to register in my long form.  The form works perfectly if I have 4 perople to register by it wont show the total with 1, 2 or 3 registriants....

Any Help would be greatly appreciated

    Thanks,

I have fixed that for you. I've only deleted the conditional logic that hides the payment field when the total (calculation) is filled. You do not need to set up the form that way.

Lastly, I see conditions that show multiple fields, but there are also conditions that hide multiple fields. When setting up a conditional logic, you do not need to add the Hide condition when the Show condition is already added. The selected fields to Show will remain hidden by default until its condition is met.

In this case, set up Show condition only for the "Additional Riders" field. So, let's say:

1 Additional Rider = Show fields for "1 Additional Rider".

2 Additional Riders = Show fields for "2 Additional Riders".

3 additional Riders = Show fields for "3 additional Riders".

I hope that helps. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

I appreciate you looking into this and trying to assist!

Unfortunately this hasn't fixed the form.  I have tried to follow your advise but the total and credit card field section only appears when selecting "3 additional riders"....

i would really appreciate any advise or tips to make this work

You should remove the Total and Credit Card fields from all conditions, if you want them to appear by default regardless of the "Additional Riders" selection.

Thanks again for trying to provide help but I only include the Total and credit card information as "Show Multiple" as I want it to show but it isn't responding that way and as you can tell it remains hidden for "no additional riders" , "1 additional rider" , "2 additional riders" and only shows when I select the "3 additional riders" option...it just isn't making sense to me....

    Please provide any suggestions

    Hi,

To clarify, you want the Total and credit card information to show on every selection, correct? If so, as advised by my colleagues, it should be removed from the conditions because by default those fields are visible.

I think the reason that it is not showing on other selections is because of the Section Collapse field because it splits your form into sections. The total and the card information is included in a section to be hidden and will only show when the answer is equal to "3 Riders".

    For your reference: Show-or-Hide-Multiple-Fields-at-Once-Using-the-Section-Collapse-Field

I cloned your form, then removed the Total and the card information from the conditions and add a Section Collapse Field before the Total field to split that section of your form and labeled it as 'payment'.

Kindly try it on your end, then let us know if the issue still persists.
