How do I charge a shipping fee using PayPal?

    I have tried inputting a shipping fee both through your template and through PayPal.  I can do so through the latter but it does not communicate with the form submitted through JotForm, suggesting that the change needs to be made through your site.  Where do I do this?

    Hello Lydia,

     

    You can collect payments right from your web forms without leaving for a payment gateway. JotForm now integrates with Paypal Payments Pro and Authorize.Net.


    To create your payment form, go to Form Builder and open "PAYMENT TOOLS" toolbox on the left side and drag and drop logo of one of the payment gateways listed.

    Hi Lydia,

    We don't have a function to add shipping calculations within our Payment Tools wizard, but you can do that into your Paypal Account. We have a guide for that, please kindly check: How to Add Shipping Rates on Paypal Account.

    Thank you but these instructions: How to Add Shipping Rates on Paypal Account don't work for me. I'm not given the options indicated in 'my selling tools'.


    Not being able to charge shipping fees is really cutting into my profit.
