Unable to connect to the PayPal checkout

    Greetings,


    I'm trying to connect by Jot Form to PayPal with the non-refundable deposit form, and I am having difficulty. It does not want to connect.  Is there a particular limit of money that can be submitted through a Jot Form form?  Why is it not allowing me to connect?

    Please help.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

    Currently, there is an ongoing issue on the PayPal side. Our developers have contacted the PayPal support regarding this.

    Update: The Paypal team is still working on the Paypal connect issue and we're still waiting for their updates. Meantime, our team has come up with a temporary solution by entering your Paypal credentials manually instead of a connect button. In the Paypal payment settings, you can enter your Paypal Client ID and Secret which you can get from your Paypal Developer dashboard.
