    All Forms Disappeared! (Fixed)

    Hi, I logged in today to make some change to my form.  After refreshing the page, all of my forms disappeared.  Please fix ASAP! Thank you!!

    There is a javascript error in the My Forms page. We are looking into the problem right now. We will get back to you when we have a fix. For now, you can access your forms using the old version of the my forms page:

    My forms show, but when I try to edit one of them, all the fields have been deleted. How can I get it back. It took a long time to create it.

    motionsports: We are recoving 31237023004133 from backups for your now. There was a bug that has caused this on some of the modified forms last night.

    We have found the reason that cause empty forms in a 2 hours time-window.

    Problem has already been fixed and your form reverted back to original version on our backups.
