    No extensions allowed

Asked by terjemk on April 12, 2011 at 06:29 PM

Hi I just completed my first jot form.

I opted for the multiple file upload options. In my finnsihed form it will not accept any of the default extensions when i test the form live. I get the following error:

    Upload Error
docx file extension is not allowed. You can only upload files.

Please go back and fix this
This happens nomatter what kind of file I try to upload. You can see the form at http://addictologiakademiet.no/utdanning_pamelding.html

I cannot seem to replicate your problem. I have successfully uploaded .pdf and .docx files without any problems. This message was displayed in the thank you page after I submitted those information:

Takk for din søknad. Du vil straks motta en bekreftelse og kopi av din søknad til den e-post adressen du oppga i søknaden.

Is it possible for you to try submitting your form again and see if problem still persists?

Thank you for your reply! Problem still persist here. I am using a mac and safari, firefox and chrome. When I try to upload a doc, and click choose there is no progressbar indication an upload when wieved in browser. This is working fine in the prewiev.

Found some duplicate code in the embed code. Removing that fixed the problem.
