Save and continue queries

I have created a normal form, with page breaks to allow for saving and continuing.
When I build the form I can see that there is a "back" "save" and "next" button, but when I send it, there is not a save button anymore.

What can I do to ensure it is possible to save and continue? Why does the save button disappear when it is saving it is enabled?

    Best regards,

    Amanda

Hi Amanda, thanks for contacting us!

You can also turn on the feature that allows you to Save and continue which will allow for the user, upon exiting to save the current form responses. They will be prompted with the option to copy a custom link with their current session data or be emailed to the email they wish to have it sent to. I tested your form and was able to fill out everything and had the save button appear until the last page.

When you click submit the save button disappears for redundancy purposes. You can start to fill out another form and it will appear once more.

That is very strange because I have the feature on, but the save button does not appear when I preview the form, nor for the person that I have sent it to.

is there a reason you can think of why this is?

It seems there is an issue with your form. I have cloned your form and it seems the save and continue works.

May we know if you have changed your form layout previous to the issue?

Kindly try to clone your form and let us know if the issue still remains?
