Can't create account.

    Hi, my boss assigned me a folder of templates but when I try to sign up it says my user name is good, my email is available and my password is good but then when I hit "create account" it flashed red then goes to green and doesn't create my account...I need to access the shared folder for a meeting this afternoon so am hopeful you can help.

    Thank you for contacting us. There is no registered account under your email address "l*****@d**s.us". Could you please try using a different browser? Please do the following:

    1) Please go to: https://www.jotform.com/ 

    2) Click on the Sign Up button:

    3) The click on the Sign up with Email button:

    4) Put your information, including your email address to register an account:

    Also, let us know what Email address and Username you are trying to register.
