Previous submissions not showing up in reports.

Hello, I am asking for your assistance with all leads on this jotform: https://form.jotform.com/30276283798971

the current report ONLY shows leads up to 2015. however, the form has not been shut off or disabled. not to mention, the report showed leads in January 2020 as recently as last week. it is just that this week it only shows leads up to 2015.

also, my website manager has asked that you copy me on any responses: ta*********ort@heart.org
