Autoresponder and notification emails do not work

    I have set notification email and auto response for the following form but they are not working and I cannot figure out why.  When I use the test function it works fine, but if I actually complete and submit the form it does not work.  Please advise.

    I've tested one of your forms and noticed the email was not sent, upon checking the settings for both forms it seems like you are using an SMTP sender, please make sure that you're using the correct settings, you may also confirm the settings with your email sender, this guide will help you editing the SMTP settings:

    I’ve reviewed my email config settings and still no luck. I changed my password on the off chance that I had changed it and forgot to update Jotform but still jo luck. It appears that my notifications and auto responders Stopped working around October or November of last year. They worked fine before.

    Hello Kayle - I have checked the logs on our end and was able to confirm that the email from Jotform is being sent successfully to your SMTP Sender Email. The sender email should be the one to send it to the intended recipients.

    Unfortunately, we don't have access to your SMTP logs. I suggest reaching out with your IT Admin/Email Service Provider to check for the logs if the said emails are being sent from your SMTP.

    It is possible that your SMTP refuses to receive the email from Jotform, so we need to check the logs. If it indeed blocking emails from Jotform, please try lifting the restriction, or whitelist our domains.
