    Email notificaions STOPPED working (again).

    If I change the email adress, it works, but this is TOO big a task.This has happened before. Can you please see if it is my @resortforaday.com address that is blocked or marked as spam? It is not spam, I need this to work please sales@resortforday.com. ALL of my forms use this and I am in big trouble without this working, many thanks.

    I checked your form's (Form ID 10354501139) notification setup and don't see any issue there. I don't see that sales@resortforaday.com email id is not configured in notification.

    I also checked our email server log and see that emails are getting delivered to your inbox. Your this form has received 2 submissions and I see both the emails are delivered. Here is the email server log for your reference:

    Request you to please check your SPAM folder and see if the emails are there. Let us know if you continue to have this issue.

    Thank you but no notifications are coming through at all to my @resortforaday address
    Only to my @optonline address

    Upon checking your account, i found that your email id "sales@resortforaday.com" is in our bounce list (reason mentioned below). 


    sales@resortforaday.com is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'5.1.0 <0000013e7f5062e7-8564ee1f-83c8-40=

    b2-bc4c-203df96a21e1-000000@amazonses.com> sender rejected. IB504'

    I have removed this email address from the bounce list but please check if this email id is correct as the bounce reason says Unknown address. If the email id is correct then you should start receiving your submission emails.

    To prevent this from happening again, we recommend users to use noreply@jotform.com as form's notification Sender E-mail address.
