I downgraded my account to a standard free account a few months back, while we were receiving no applications. I have since created a new form, tested it once or twice, and plan to receive 50 or so applications next month. But so far there has been no activity.
However I received an email today from jotform stating that we had reached the limit on our account and it would be disabled.
Please can you tell me why we have received this, and confirm the status of our account?

Your account is "OVERLIMIT" as you have used 2.12 GB of upload space. Free accounts have 100 MB space limit.
