Can I allow multiple submissions?

Is it possible to allow for multiple submissions? By this, I do not mean can someone re-fill the form twice and I get emailed 2 different submissions.

I would like the user to get the end of the form, and have the options 'submit' or 'place another order', which allows them to refill the form multiple times before submitting.

Is this possible? Thanks.

The feature as such, does not exist, unfortunately, but as an alternatively, you may create the sets of fields and then show them according to the user's answer to "place another order".
