Google Sheet Integration: submissions are not passed through even after reintegrating

Hi I am having an issue integrating with Google sheets - the submissions suddenly do not pass through to Google Sheets. I removed the integration and re integrated it how ran into the issue again - this is the thrid time now.

I cloned this form, integrated with Google sheets and tested. However, I was able to receive the submissions correctly in Google sheets.

Could you let us know if none of the data are passed or only certain fields?

Please note that if you have modified or revised the integrated Google sheets in any way, the integration will break i.e. change filename, row/column title, hide row/column, delete row/column, etc.

Reintegrating normally resolves the issue.

If this is the form, I have manually pushed submission to the integrated sheet. Please check.

If still not receiving, I would request reintegrating with Google sheets once more.
