How to edit form or open {edit_link} using jotform mobile app?

    Hi there

I have a form which is sent to a manager for approval.

Once approved, the {edit_link} is used to continue with the rest of the form.

On clicking this link, the form opens in the web browser rather than the mobile app. As a result, if the user takes too long to complete the form - the page seems to refresh and they lose their progress.

I have also tried going into the mobile app, view Submissions > Edit Submission, but the page appears blank and I have to force quit the app to get out.

How else can we edit the form through the app rather than the browser, requiring the {edit_link} functionality?

    Thank you

On clicking this link, the form opens in the web browser rather than the mobile app — It is expected to launch this on browser as it is a parameter used for URL's which can only be loaded on a browser.

Currently, it's not possible to edit the submission on mobile app if they are:

    1). Not the form owner

2). Not assigned to the form

Even if they are assigned, they can only see their own submission so approval submission won't apply. Also, the workflow in our guide here https://www.jotform.com/help/432-A-General-Approach-on-Building-an-Approval-Process-Workflow is not yet compatible with mobile workflow.
